School Extension Facilities Vienna

Space requirements at 5 Viennese schools – solved at short notice with modular construction on 4,650m². In just 3 months, as a general contractor, we built 5 school buildings at 5 locations in the city with a total of 320 modules. 2 storey buildings, each 942m² accommodate classrooms, teachers' rooms, sanitary facilities, indoor and outdoor stairs and the necessary hallway areas. 

Built according to the latest guidelines and standards, the buildings feature various structural and technical details: all flush-mounted installations, central water installation with filter systems and flushing device, centrally controlled VRF system for heating/cooling, building services room, fire alarm system, etc. Acoustic ceiling panels and flush floor transitions, electric external blinds with wind monitors and a secondary roof designed as a pent roof complement the building complexes and offer the necessary comfort for everyday school life.
