RECON Workbase, Ebbs

After just 4 months of construction, our first modular office building at our home location in Ebbs was completed and handed over to our tenant. The result is a modern workplace with excellent infrastructure and technical sophistication of the highest standard.

3 barrier-free floors, each approx. 350m² Equipped with individual and open-plan offices, meeting rooms, sanitary rooms and lounges and a spacious terrace on the 2nd floor are waiting for hustle and bustle and new visitors. The building is built to the highest standards and meets or exceeds all guidelines in terms of energy efficiency and fire protection. In general, the topic of sustainability is a key criterion for the equipment and technology of the building - whether with the installation of modern and energy-efficient building services, the centrally controlled heating system with district heating connection, or the green roof with PV elements (still in finalization). Particularly noteworthy is the cross-location energy management, which controls the energy generated and distributes it as efficiently as possible. The fleet is primarily supplied with its own charging stations, then the storage is filled and only then is it fed into the network.

Comfort in everyday working life should by no means be neglected and when it comes to interior design, the focus is on modernity, combined with the necessary portion of individuality depending on the requirements of the company renting the space.  For example, the acoustic ceiling, a special acoustic carpet or the partition systems made of solid wood and glass ensure optimal acoustics and a good room climate. External venetian blinds with sun and wind monitors as well as a self-regulating lighting system with integrated motion detectors and dimming function complement the high-quality equipment.

Hardly any modular construction is visible from the outside. Employees and visitors are welcomed in a spacious entrance area with a staircase and have barrier-free access thanks to the passenger lift. The façade is completely covered with Alucobond, supplemented by a large façade covering with space for tenant branding.

With this innovative building, we are now able to show at our home location what is actually possible with modular construction - namely efficiency and comfort at the level of permanent construction.
