Temporary office space for ongoing clinic operations
A two-story office building made of 66 steel modules is being built for the Tirol Kliniken in Innsbruck. The alternative accommodation creates a total of 840 m² of additional jobs and provides the necessary office space during the ongoing renovation work. The modular design enables rapid implementation with a high level of planning security at the same time. By prefabrication of the individual room modules, essential work is carried out on the construction site before assembly. This means that disruptions to ongoing clinic operations can be reduced and the required space can be made available within a short period of time.
A special feature of the building is the additional exterior wall construction. It ensures flush external walls and gives the modular building a closed, uniform appearance. The construction is complemented by a secondary roof made of wood. This creates a functional building solution that is tailored to long-term use and reliably covers the additional space required by the Tirol Kliniken.
