Wim Wenders Secondary School Building, Düsseldorf

The Wim-Wenders-Gymnasium on Schmiedestrasse in Oberbilk is currently being rebuilt; a school building and a competition sports hall are being built. Completion of the new building is planned for the first quarter of 2023, during which time classes will take place in a three-story modular school alternative on an immediately adjacent property.
The modern interim school includes administration, classrooms, rooms for music, art, natural sciences and the necessary additional rooms. The outdoor area also includes the playground with play equipment, the school garden, green areas and sufficient bicycle parking spaces.
