Steel modular construction has been a tradition for many years and is now a recognized and established construction method for the realization of temporary but also permanent construction projects. Originally inspired by freight and sea containers, ultra-modern and versatile modules have been developed over the last few decades that more than meet a wide range of requirements.
Steel modular construction is no longer just a correctly placed container! Years of expertise paired with the courage to innovate have led to a continuous expansion of our range of services. This resulted in modular building complexes at permanent construction level that leave nothing to be desired. Sophisticated insulation systems, facade cladding, secondary roofs, the integration of smart building technology or energy management systems are now an integral part of our portfolio.
Our steel modules are also impressive in terms of sustainability. Steel is an extremely durable material. Once it has been produced, it can be reprocessed and used several times and therefore has a particularly long life cycle. At the end, the modules can still be dismantled and sent to the recycling process, which is entirely in the spirit of the circular economy. Of course, our modular buildings also meet the requirements of the Building Energy Act (GEG) 2020 and are therefore eligible for long-term approval.
Each material has its advantages and special features, but the decisive arguments for both materials are equally convincing, especially in modular construction. Regardless of whether modules are made of wood or conventional steel construction, we deliver tailor-made solutions with short construction times and high cost transparency.
Steel construction is particularly suitable for short-term use and in this area also offers a cost advantage over wooden construction. In contrast, our wooden modules impress with a unique, natural indoor climate and an additional sustainability advantage due to the origin of the material itself. In addition, thanks to smaller wall thicknesses, we achieve more effective usable space with the same building physics values.
Regardless of the material used, all of our buildings offer a high level of flexibility for long-term use and adaptation to changing space needs. They create planning security, cost security and a wide range of design options.
