We put individual ideas on paper and transform them into concrete and visualized modular construction projects.
The project processing by RECON begins in the first phase - preferably in close coordination with your architect or planning office - with needs-based planning of your construction project up to the creation of the building application documents or the building application for your project.
Our comprehensive range of services also includes foundations and infrastructure, water and wastewater pipes, transport and assembly services as well as interior fittings and complete furnishings. Of course, we also take care of seamless project management and always keep an eye on scheduling and cost calculations.

When manufacturing our modules, we rely on MADE IN EU quality.
Our production plants and hall infrastructure in Austria, Germany and Croatia as well as regional suppliers not only ensure the quality and longevity of our modules, but also enable us to respond quickly thanks to short transport routes. Due to the high degree of prefabrication of the system construction, the construction time is shortened by around 70% compared to conventional construction methods.
This means we can guarantee delivery on a fixed date and fixed price. Thanks to certified industrial factory production and collaboration with long-standing expansion partners, RECON modular buildings impress with a consistently high quality standard.

The construction of modular building complexes requires a logistical masterpiece par excellence.
A significant part of our existing know-how results from many years of experience in the logistical processing of all container and modular construction projects. More than 50,000 module units have been transported throughout Europe in recent years, with a volume of more than 5,000 full load and special transports handled annually.
The planning and processing of all logistics flows is carried out by our sister company RELOG, which also acts as an external logistics service provider.

We have been on our construction sites with our in-house assembly and service teams for years.
This provides us with valuable insights and specialist knowledge and at the same time guarantees a smooth process on site - including a competent contact person!

Maintenance, repairs, support, spare parts
For RECON, full service also includes the corresponding building management after completion of the modular building complex.
In addition to the services for maintenance, inspection of the entire building, repairs and ongoing control of the technical systems, we are also happy to organize access systems, security services, caretaker teams and much more for you.
