School Extension Facility Vienna Seestadt

Since the existing school had reached its capacity limits, a modern, two-story alternative school district with a pent roof was built right next to the existing building in just 3 months of construction. On around 1,700 m², the facility offers space for nine primary school classes as well as numerous additional rooms that enable a modern everyday school life.

In addition to bright classrooms, the building also includes a gastro-warming kitchen with a canteen, a spacious exercise room with ball-proof lights and shell handles on the doors, team rooms, cloakrooms with showers and a green playground with a lawn and climbing frame. A colorful color concept creates a friendly, child-friendly atmosphere inside and out.

The modular construction is also technically impressive:

A VRF system ensures energy-efficient heating and cooling, electric external blinds, acoustic panels and the high-quality GKF design create a pleasant learning environment. The temporary school complex can be reached in just a few steps via a connecting entrance bridge.
