Vehicle Registration Office Roth

With the new registration office in Roth, a modern administrative building using a modular design was realized within just four months of construction. On a total area of ​​1,785 m², 111 modules were used to create high-quality office and administrative space, spread over three floors.

The building is designed to have a planned service life of ten years and meets all the requirements for a functional, modern and user-oriented administrative infrastructure. In addition to the quick implementation, the project is particularly impressive due to its high-quality technical and functional equipment.

The implementation includes, among other things, a barrier-free lift system, a secure vault, sound-optimized office space and modern IT equipment. The building is complemented by a high-quality secondary roof construction and efficient building technology with hot water heating via district heating and split air conditioning units.

The project shows how short construction times, high quality of execution and flexible usage concepts can be optimally combined in modular construction, especially in public and administrative buildings.
