Bauma in Munich: Construction machines weighing tons, taller than the Frauenkirche - a trade fair of superlatives
BAUMA is considered the largest trade fair in the world. For a week on 614,000 square meters of exhibition space in Riem, more than 620,000 visitors can admire, among other things, huge dump trucks, 540-ton crawler cranes and 34 cranes, some of which are almost as high as the towers of Munich's Frauenkirche.
More than 120 room and sanitary units were provided as temporary infrastructure by RECON for this year's BAUMA. The logistical handling of this major event is always a major challenge for both the organizer and the service providers carrying out the work.
