Day Care Centre Brannenburg

Due to increasing demand, the “St. Johannes” kindergarten in Brannenburg / Degerndorf has a short-term space requirement and is solving this with an independent additional building in modular construction. With 24 modules, 360 m² of space is created for 2 group rooms with an additional relaxation room and an exercise room.

Built taking into account the Building Energy Act and fire protection guidelines REI30, the interior is also tidy: all sanitary installations are flush-mounted and the floor covering was laid over the entire area on site. From the outside, the building impresses with its pent roof and natural wooden facade.
