Due to the short-term additional personnel requirement for around 1,000 office workstations, the expansion of the Red Bull Base Elsbethen was built using modern steel modular construction.
During the implementation, emphasis was placed on a high-quality and functional interior.
To provide more visual reference and brightness to the office space, the interior doors were designed with glass elements. The entire building is heated via comfortable district heating and cooled via central VRF systems.
To achieve a high quality of workspace, the office property was equipped with an acoustic ceiling system with integrated LED lighting suitable for office workstations.
Wooden facade to match the existing building and windows with external sun protection as an external venetian blind system create a harmonious appearance.
